(Here's a "grasping at straws" warning, because I want to help but don't know how.) It's not a big fix by *any* means, but have you tried a mechanical keyboard? My cherry red mechanical keyboard helps me a lot with low levels of fatigue and impact-based tingling in my fingertips, especially helpful for the fingers I damaged in a car accident years ago.
