I mean, you’ve seen the way these people do graphic layouts for their newspapers, right? 9.07 makes *perfect* sense. (Probably... lol)
They’re very aware that they’re ‘outnumbered’ and have learnt to work together. That’s not to say they won’t türn on each other when the situation seems to call for it (like it does with the seventh year boys), but they do have a weird flavour of loyalty, and a collective drive to succeed.
Potentially a couple of nice moments between them, more of a slight variety of them really.
I kind of feel for Harry and Severus. They just get under each other’s skin and it’s gotten to the point where it’s practically impossible to just do ‘normal’ interaction or take something only for what it actually *is* anymore. No, instead there’s all this history and bad blood to sort through / get past, slights real and imagined that poison everything, seemingly forevermore... And then you suddenly find yourself thrown into the same boat, working towards the same goals... Tricky. Especially if you haven’t been in a House where they effectively train for that sort of thing.
Just because the girl has Fwoopers on the brain (and does she ever), doesn’t mean she isn’t right, or actually sharp. *nods* It’s sad how many people miss that, especially those who’ve sat beside her in class for years.
